Specific preparation for correcting and/or limiting development of coloured aberrations in rosé wines, as well as the risk of ‘pinking’ in certain white wines.
The combination of raw materials meets the needs of both preventive and curative applications. VINIBENT SR an additive for rosé wine vinification, combining:
- A selection of the best sodium bentonites for their protein adsorption capacity and preventing wine oxidation by adsorbing and deactivating oxidase enzymes (polyphenol oxidases).
- Pure PVPP for its action on phenolic compounds (catechins and leucoanthocyanins) that are partly responsible for browning in wines, and which has a significant action on clarity.
