Produced from 2-row malting barley. It is produced in the process of roasting green malt.
It enriches the aroma, gives a deep, amber color.
Caramel malt 300 can be used in the amount of 5-15% of the grain bill for beers such as amber ale, dark lager, dark ale, stout, porter.

Storage of caramel malt 300
Caramel Malt 300 should be stored in a clean, cool (<25°C), dry, odorless and pest free area. Then, the storage time for unopened packages is up to 12 months for kibbled malt, and 24 months for non-kibbled malt.
Be careful not to let the malt come into contact with hot surfaces and not to inhale the malt dust.
