Shopping guide

Step 1 - Selection of products

  • browse the list of categories or use the search engine to find the right product,
  • next to each product you will find detailed information about it,
  • remember that you can also add products to your storage and come back to them later
  • after finding the product you are interested in, add it to the cart (if the product is not currently available, the "To cart" button is not active
  • if the completion of the order is completed - go to the cart

 

Step 2 - Cart Contents 

  • in the cart you will see exactly what products you have chosen and in what quantity,
  • also at this stage, you can choose the number of products that you have added to the cart - the value will be recalculated automatically,
  • by clicking "X" next to the product, it will be removed from the cart,
  • choose the appropriate form of delivery and payment,
  • confirm the selected options by clicking the "Next" button.

 

Step 3 - Placing an order

  • if you have an account in our store, enter your login details and click "log in",
  • if you do not have an account, select the "register" option or skip creating an account by clicking "Next"; remember that registration will allow you to use many additional options, including:
    • preview of the status of order fulfillment and purchase history,
    • no need to re-enter data for subsequent purchases,
    • the possibility of receiving individual discounts and promotional coupons.
  • you can also use the quick purchase option without registering in the store ("Buy without registering")
  • enter your name and contact information,
  • if you want the order to be sent to a different address, select "other shipping address" and enter the data,
  • put any additional information about the order in the "comment" field,
  • clicking on the button "Place an order with the obligation to pay" means confirmation of the purchase,
  • receive an email (if you have chosen to purchase without registration, it is necessary to click the link in the message sent).

 

Step 4 - Order fulfillment

  • we will keep you updated on the status of your order.
  • if the package is delivered to the indicated address (FedEx courier or Paczkomaty), on the day of sending the package, you will receive a letter number and a link to track the package from the carrier's system.

Remember that registered customers can track the status of their orders on their account.
