Caraamber malt - application


Caraamber malt enhances the feeling of fullness and deepens the color of the beer, giving it, depending on the amount used in the grist, a deep color - from amber to red. An additional advantage of using Caraamber malt is the increase in mashing efficiency.

It imparts notes of toffee, caramel and bread to the beer, improving its stability and enhancing its taste.

Ideal for brewing reddish beer styles with a complex aromatic profile such as amber lager, pale ale, IPA, amber ale, brown ale, porter, strong ale, sour ale.

Caraamber malt can be used for up to 20% of the grain bill.

Caraamber malt storage

Caraamber malt should be stored in a clean, cool (0-30°C), dry, odorless and pest free area. Then, the time in which unopened packaging can be stored is up to 18 months.

Be careful not to let the malt come into contact with hot surfaces and not to inhale the malt dust.
