Cara Terra malt - application
Cara Terra malt is a Belgian caramel malt with an intense character. It was germinated at a high temperature and then roasted in a drum. This malt gives the beer a copper-brown hue. Contributes to a fuller body.
Gives the beer intense flavors of caramel, toffee and bread, as well as notes of nuts.
It is ideal for brewing beers such as bohemian lager, porter, stout, but also bock, a dark lager.
Cara Terra malt can be used for up to 15% of the grain bill.

Cara Terra malt storage
Cara Terra malt should be stored in a clean, cool (<22°C), dry, odorless and pest free area. Then, the time in which unopened packages can be stored is 3 months for kibbled malt, and 24 months for non-kibbled malt.
Be careful not to let the malt come into contact with hot surfaces and not to inhale the malt dust.

We can also grind the malt for mashing in an automatic kettle (Brewster Beacon, Klarstein, Coobra, etc.). If you want your malt to be milled in this way (coarser) - let us know about it in the comment to the order for milled malt.
