Pate mold - application
Pate molds are primarily used to create smooth and compact layers of pate or terrine mixtures, allowing them to set into a solid form. These molds not only help in shaping the mixture but also provide an appealing presentation when the pate is sliced and served.

Pate molds - usage
To ensure the proper functioning of the pate mold it is highly advised to prepare it before its usage. These steps are:
1. Before the first usage, bake the baking mold in an oven at a temperature of 80-100°C (176-212°F) for 45-60 minutes. After that, coat it in vegetable oil and let it cool at ambient temperature.
2. Before every use they should be greased.

All pate molds are produced in Poland and that is where they are shipped from. We are comfortable with shipping across the world, however the cost will depend on the country.
It is also important to note that countries outside of the European Union and Schengen Zone are covered in additional custom costs.
